Linoleum Block Cut & Other Endeavors

This is the fun I had with a linoleum block cut. It's great for stickers and graffiti around town. I like the texture it can get but the pace with my poor-man's version of proper materials, is not ideal for mass production. Primitive is the key word here. It's a great way to be productive, without really being productive, and I'm all for that. Doodle images on handbags or canvas shoes, anyone?





 Also I'm still working on a poster for Bandwagon, the Savannah  Poster Show + Sale. After completing the drawing, all I have to do now is upload the file to Illustrator to add and separate the layers of color that I will use. Here's the work in progress:
Also, I came across The Paper Collective on twitter. It helps promote artists of all kinds. I'm looking forward to participate in their first project a self portrait. For more information on their project and website click here. I have decided to use an image I created a while ago from my sketchbook. I want to incorporate cut paper and my line work into it as well. Here's a sneak peak:
